Jimmy Howard has over 40 years of experience as an IT professional, specializing in software development, systems design and systems integration.
He is now “Semi-retired”, after a productive 17-year career with the software giant SAP America and SAP National Security Services. During his tenure there, he served as a software developer and consultant for numerous customer projects, and did work for a broad range of clients and industries, including Valero, KBR, International Game Technology (IGT), a few months at Cargill in Minnesota and dozens more spot/short-term consulting engagements. He also did work for the US Department of Defense (DoD) on three separate US Army programs spanning more than a decade, where he held a secret security clearance with the DoD. He retired from SAP as a Platinum Consultant, the highest possible field consulting position within the company.
Throughout his life, he has always tried to lend a hand to those in need. After witnessing a close friend and other acquaintances struggle with addiction and incarceration, he realized that there was only so much help he could provide as an individual, so he decided to form Noble Truth to expand his outreach. He is passionate about offering help to those truly deserving of a second chance in life, and firmly believes that no one should be forever judged by their worst life decisions.
